Our topics for the autumn 2021 semester

This autumn, HSK English will explore nature and technology as our main academic themes. Throughout the course of the semester, students will examine general aspects of the natural world, including seasons, time, animals and the landscapes that make up the great outdoors.

Technology will be covered through the context of scientists and inventors. Older students in the program will explore the increasing use of technology in our lives and consider whether or not this increased use will help or hinder humanity.

There will be a strong emphasis on reading, writing, speaking and listening through hands-on, experiential learning.

We are certain that everyone will appreciate these inspiring themes during our 12-week semester.

Classes start in the week of 6th September.

Our topics for the spring 2021 semester

The spring 2021 semester will emphasise two primary elements - literature and art. Hands-on exploration through guided and educational instruction will be the core of our teaching this semester, all the while fostering our students' writing, speaking, listening and reading skills in English.

Students will have the opportunity to discover the enchanting world of literature. Creative and literary components will be at the forefront of this educational plan.

Students will be encouraged to complete artistic projects inspired by famous and local artists.

We are certain that everyone will enjoy these inspirational themes over the course of the 15-week semester.
